We offer clinics for every level, and each clinic has a maximum number of participants per session, for safety and to maximize the experience.*

*Clinics are subject to cancellation and time change should there be a lack of participation.

 
 

Trail Running Clinics

Advanced clinics will focus on core involvement, body mechanics, foot-striking, and trail strategy

The Basic clinic creates opportunity to create good habits early.

Advanced clinics will concentrate on speed, fartleks, and being "race smart".

Cycling Clinic

Both Basic and Advanced clinics will create opportunities to meet endurance goals. 

The Basic clinics may sometimes involve spinning and form on trainers.

Advanced clinics may be cancelled due to weather.

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.

Introduction to Resistance Training

For 30 minutes to 1 hour, you will be led through resistance training, using body weight, free weights, bands, and machines.

This clinic is more appropriate for those less proficient with free weights.

Intro to Olympic Lifting

In this clinic, you'll learn form and safe technique to clean, jerk, press and squat.
